If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and would like to request a return, please contact our customer service team at . Please include the order name, date and reason for return request.  Returns may only be honored within 10 days of receipt of order and “made to order” products are not returnable.

All returned orders must include the original packaging, instruction material, and warranty cards. The product must in new condition and show no signs of wear or usage.

Transfor Corporation will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for approved returns within 48 hours. The RMA Number must appear on the shipping label. A valid Tracking Number must be forwarded to .

Defective products will be returned to the manufacture for review and replacement. Any product the manufacture determines that the damage was caused by misuse will be returned to the customer.
