Q'Straint Q-10007 QRT-360 L-Track Wheelchair Securement Kit with Combination Occupant Securement Lap and Shoulder Belt, mounted with PLI L-Track Fittings for use with vehicle L-Track Floor Anchorages. QRT-360 is a larger and stronger wheelchair securement system that is designed to withstand the punishment of additional weight of the wheelchair and occupant restraint systems. Q’Straint has incorporated a revised locking bar with 25 high strength teeth. The QRT-360 is also a fully automatic retractor that automatically tightens the wheelchair securement webbing created by small movements of the wheelchair in transit. The redesign of the J-Hook allows the securement strap to more easily attach to the frame on the wheelchair and the upgraded webbing is wider and heavier resulting in a pull test increase of up to 12,000 lbs. The QRT-360 also has adopted a larger release lever that is easier and accessible to the operator. The Positive Lock Indicator (available on L-Track only) provides clear optical confirmation that the retractor is locked in the vehicle floor.
